-All returns require prior authorization from Koru Distribution. Requests must be sent to email@example.com for a return authorization
-Return requests must be received within 45 calendar days of the invoice date
-A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
-Any damages, mis-ships, short-dated products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt
-Only those products authorized for return will be considered for credit. Products will be evaluated for credit eligibility upon receipt at our warehouse
-Returned products must be received in their original state with all tags and packaging intact with no foreign stickers or altered packaging (must be in a resalable condition)
-All returns once approved, must be sent by prepaid parcel * (cost of which is non-refundable)
-Any products shipped to Koru Distribution Warehouse but not eligible for a Return Authorization will be refused
-If it was in Koru Distribution’s error, we will arrange a courier pickup at our expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
